24-Hour Grace Period

We offer a complimentary 24-hour grace period starting from the moment your booking is confirmed.

 If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of your initial booking time, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.

 Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to biscayneclub@gmail.com within this 24-hour window.

Final Booking Policy

Once the 24-hour grace period has concluded, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.

 By securing your reservation beyond the initial 24 hours, you acknowledge that our vessel and crew have been reserved specifically for your charter.

 We commit significant resources to prepare for each arrival; therefore, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, shortened charters, or no-shows occurring after the grace period.

Rescheduling & Modifications

We understand that travel plans can shift. While we maintain a firm non-refundable policy, we may be able to accommodate date changes based on availability.

 Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled charter.

 Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to current fleet availability.

Weather Policy

Safety is our primary concern. In the event of severe weather that prohibits safe navigation (determined solely by the Captain), we will prioritize your safety. If the Captain determines the charter cannot proceed, we will issue a credit for a future booking of equal value.
